Theatre rental and additional services
Hourly Rental
The State Theatre is available for rent by the hour for receptions, band rehearsal and recording, dance and exercise instruction, business meetings, parties, and more. Hourly rentals include the use of our secondary PA system for music playback or vocal amplification.

Daily Rental
For larger events that require additional setup time, the theatre is available for rent by the day. There is no charge for the drop off and storage of items like decorations in advance, as long as space permits (items left at the owner’s risk). Our secondary PA system is available for use.

Long-Term Rental
The State Theatre can be booked for multi-day events in excess of three days at a negotiated rate. Reservations must be made at least two months in advance and may require partial teardowns to accommodate regularly scheduled performances.
Non-profit and volunteer organizations: The State Theatre will work with non-profit organizations and volunteer groups to keep costs as low as possible.
Additional Services
Live Recording: Performers interested in having a professional recording made can rent the theatre per day.
If recordings are to take place before a live audience, regular ticket prices will apply, with the State Theatre receiving a percentage of the admission price. Cash beer and wine service can be made available.
