In the late 2015, a group of dedicated volunteers and civic leaders launched an ambitious campaign to save the State Theatre. Their vision was not only to restore the building’s original grandeur, but also to reinvent it as a multi-purpose cultural center for the twenty-first century.


Today, the State Theatre stands as both a vibrant venue and a symbol of community spirit.
